This 30 mm wheel arch extension kit fits all Bukhanka Classic (2.4L & 2.9L), Bukhanka Modern (2.7L), and Hunter & 469 (2.4L, 2.7L & 2.9L) models. Matching OEM reference FF105-30 mm, it provides additional fender flare coverage for all four wheel arches, improving both appearance and functionality. Precision-moulded to match factory curves, it enhances protection from mud, stones, and road spray while accommodating wider tyres or off-road wheel setups.

Installation tips:
Clean and prepare wheel arch edges, removing any rust or loose paint. Position each extension against the fender flange, using supplied clips or adhesive strips depending on the kit version. Align carefully to ensure symmetry, pressing firmly to seat the extension. Some minor trimming may be required if arches are bent or repaired.
When to replace or upgrade:
Upgrade when fitting wider tyres or if your wheel arches show damage from road debris. This kit is especially beneficial for off-road and expedition builds, providing both functional protection and a visual enhancement.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
