Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing from UAZPARTS.COM, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying that any part is suitable for your specific vehicle, version, engine type, production year, and intended use.
- The compatibility information (vehicle models, OEM references, dimensions, descriptions, images, cross-references) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding fitment guarantee.
- If you have any doubt about the compatibility of a part, you must contact us before placing your order. Our team is happy to assist, but ultimately, the decision and responsibility remain with the buyer.
Variations & Modifications
Vehicle specifications may vary by country, year, engine type, chassis code, or factory options. Furthermore, previous owners may have performed undocumented:
- Engine swaps
- Axle changes
- Retrofits
- Aftermarket upgrades
- Electrical or bodywork modifications
Such variations may impact part fitment even if the base model appears correct. UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for any issues, damages, or additional costs resulting from fitment in non-original or modified vehicles.
Installation & Technical Skills
Parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic or technician with proper tools and knowledge. We do not accept liability for damage resulting from:
- Incorrect or forced installation
- Misdiagnosis
- Use of incompatible or worn surrounding components
- Failure to follow vehicle manufacturer guidelines
Returns Related to Fitment
We offer returns for incorrectly ordered parts only under the following strict conditions:
- The part is unused, in original, undamaged packaging, and
- The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the part was incorrectly listed or supplied by UAZPARTS.COM
Used, mounted, or damaged parts cannot be returned for fitment reasons. Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable once opened or installed.

- Product descriptions, OEM numbers, and visuals are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the item received (e.g., manufacturer logo, connector shape, supplier variation).
- Such differences do not constitute a defect or non-conformity unless they directly impact the function of the part in a factory-standard vehicle.

If exact fitment is critical, please provide your full VIN/Chassis number, engine code, and model year before ordering. We are happy to advise but cannot confirm suitability based solely on general model names.
