If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract with UAZPARTS.COM within 14 calendar days, without stating any reason.
1. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day:
- You (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods;
- Or, if you ordered multiple items delivered separately: the day you receive the final item.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly and unambiguously by email or mail:

You may use the EU model withdrawal form (see section 8), but this is not required.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
- We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding any premium or express delivery costs).
- Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or valid proof of their return.
4. Return Conditions
You must send the goods back to us within 14 calendar days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Returned items must be:
- Complete and unused
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by any included manuals, accessories or documentation
5. Deductions for Use or Damage
We reserve the right to deduct compensation if:
- Items are returned in a used, installed or damaged condition;
- Packaging is incomplete or shows signs of wear;
- Parts are missing or appear tampered with
Items returned in a non-resalable condition may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.
6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., special orders, modifications)
- Electrical or electronic components (e.g., sensors, control units, wiring) once opened or unsealed
- Items that have been mounted, tested, installed or used
- Products that are damaged after delivery or not returned in original condition
- Sealed items where the seal was broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or functional safety reasons
By opening packaging, mounting, or using an item, you waive your right of withdrawal.
7. Compatibility Disclaimer
By placing an order, you confirm that you have verified compatibility with your specific vehicle. UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for incorrectly ordered parts due to user error, misidentification, or missing vehicle details.
We offer general guidance and support, but the final responsibility for part selection lies with the customer.
