At UAZPARTS.COM, we are committed to quality and fairness. This page explains your rights and our policies on returns and warranty claims — aligned with EU consumer law and tailored to the realities of automotive parts.

Returns Policy (Outside Right of Withdrawal)

You may return eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original, undamaged packaging
  • You received an incorrect or damaged product
  • The product does not match the listing description

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, installed, or tested parts
  • Electronic components that have been opened or unpacked
  • Custom-made or special order items
  • Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or without packaging
  • Partial kits missing accessories, gaskets, fasteners, or instructions
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Approved returns are refunded or credited (excluding shipping costs) after inspection. The customer bears return costs unless otherwise agreed.

Return Procedure

  • Email info@uaz-specials.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return
  • Wait for our written return authorization
  • Return items within 14 days after approval to:

Warranty Policy (Legal Guarantee)

All new parts sold on UAZPARTS.COM are covered by the 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771.

If your item fails under normal use within 2 years, you may request:

  • A replacement or repair, or
  • A refund if repair or replacement is impossible

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Second-hand or used parts (clearly marked as such at the time of sale)
  • Improper installation, use or testing
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, impact, racing, or off-road use
  • Wear and tear (e.g., filters, seals, brake pads)
  • Electrical components once opened, installed or tested
  • Voltage surges or diagnostic misuse (e.g., testing outside OEM procedures)

Installation Responsibility

All parts must be installed by a qualified professional. Warranty claims may be denied if:

  • Damage was caused by incorrect installation
  • No installation invoice or diagnosis can be provided
  • Electronic parts were probed or tested with incorrect voltage or grounding

OEM Number Disclaimer

OEM part numbers shown on UAZPARTS.COM are for reference only. They do not guarantee compatibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Compare part numbers visually and technically
  • Confirm fitment before ordering or installing

Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

  • Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com with:
    • Order number and purchase date
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Photos or videos, if applicable
    • Vehicle model, year, and engine type
  • We may request return of the item for inspection
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund under applicable law

Proof of Purchase Required

All returns and warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Limitations of Liability

UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for:

  • Labor costs related to installation or removal
  • Indirect damages or loss of use
  • Customer errors in part selection or installation
  • Damage caused by failure to follow installation guidelines

We provide guidance where possible, but final responsibility for part compatibility and correct installation lies with the customer.
