Designed as a direct upgrade for the ZMZ-405/409 injection engine family, they deliver superior durability, heat resistance, and reliability compared to standard rubber hoses. With a double-bend profile to follow the original routing, these hoses provide a factory fit while offering a significantly longer service life.
Why choose silicone coolant hoses?
Silicone hoses outperform conventional rubber lines by resisting cracking, swelling, and heat damage over extended periods. Capable of withstanding operating temperatures from –60 °C to +180 °C, they are ideal for UAZ vehicles exposed to heavy-duty use, off-road conditions, or hot climates. By upgrading to reinforced silicone, you reduce the risk of coolant loss, overheating, and unexpected breakdowns.

Installation tips:
Compare the new silicone hoses to the original lines and trim carefully if required. Always use high-quality stainless steel or constant-tension clamps to ensure leak-free sealing. Position hoses to avoid rubbing against hot or sharp engine components and check clearance during engine vibration. After installation, refill coolant and pressure-test the system to confirm proper sealing.
When to upgrade?
Replace rubber coolant hoses if you notice cracking, bulging, leaks, or stiffness. Silicone hoses are especially recommended for vehicles with lifted suspensions, off-road use, or long-distance driving, where maximum reliability and cooling performance are essential.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
