This kingpin seal set fits Bukhanka Classic (2.4L & 2.9L), Bukhanka Modern (2.7L), and Hunter & 469 (2.4L, 2.7L & 2.9L). It includes a rubber sealing ring paired with a pre-installed tension spring, following the original UAZ front axle design. The seal’s purpose is to retain lubrication inside the steering knuckle while keeping out water, mud, and dust, protecting the kingpin bearings and ensuring long service life of the front axle assembly.

Installation tips:
Disassemble the spindle housing and remove the old seal. Clean the sealing groove thoroughly before pressing in the new rubber ring. Seat the spring evenly around the spindle neck to maintain constant sealing pressure. Apply fresh kingpin grease during reassembly. Once installed, rotate the steering assembly to check for smooth operation and full sealing contact.
When to replace?
Replace the seal set if grease is leaking, rubber appears hardened, cracked, or loose, or during any major kingpin service. For optimal reliability, renew these seals at 80,000–100,000 km, or earlier on vehicles frequently driven in mud, snow, or sandy environments.

Order Processing Times

- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
