Why choose this master cylinder?
Unlike older single-reservoir or plastic-bodied units, this cast metal dual-reservoir assembly ensures separate hydraulic support for front and rear circuits, meaning braking is retained even if one line fails. The built-in proportioning (metering) valve optimizes pressure distribution to prevent rear-wheel lockup, improving control on wet, loose, or uneven surfaces. Engineered to UAZ standards, it delivers consistent pressure, durability, and peace of mind for long-term reliability.

Installation tips:
Before replacement, bleed the full brake system. Remove the existing master cylinder and clean the mounting area. Install the new cylinder with UAZ-specified bolts, ensuring brake lines align securely with the outlet ports. Torque to factory specifications. Refill brake fluid, bleed the system completely, and test pedal firmness. Verify the proportioning valve functions correctly during controlled braking tests.
When to upgrade?
Replace if you notice fluid leaks, pedal sinking, poor brake balance, or cracks in the housing. This dual-reservoir upgrade improves durability, heat resistance, and braking stability—especially under heavy loads or off-road use. Best replaced around 100,000 km or earlier if brake efficiency declines.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
