Specified under OEM reference 3741-3716336, it provides the sealing interface between the backup lamp housing and the body or lens. Its role is to keep moisture, dust, and dirt out of the reverse light cavity, ensuring reliable illumination and long-term durability of the lamp assembly.

Installation tips:
Remove the reverse light unit and clean both the mounting flange and panel opening. Fit the gasket evenly around the lamp perimeter, ensuring it sits flush without twisting. Reinstall the lens or housing and tighten fixings evenly so the gasket compresses slightly. Test sealing by lightly spraying water around the lamp and checking inside for leaks.
When to replace?
Replace if the existing seal is cracked, brittle, or warped, or if condensation is visible inside the light. It is also recommended to renew this gasket during reverse lamp replacement or when performing body panel restoration to maintain moisture protection.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
