It contains all required seals and gaskets for servicing the front axle wheel hub assembly, ensuring reliable lubrication retention and protection against dirt ingress. Installation tips:
Disassemble the steering knuckle and kingpin assembly carefully, removing all old gasket residue. Clean the mating surfaces and install each seal in the correct order according to the UAZ service manual. Apply fresh grease to bearings and check that seal lips face the correct direction for maximum sealing efficiency. Torque bolts evenly to factory specification to prevent warping.
When to replace or why upgrade?
Replace the kingpin seals during a full axle overhaul or if grease leaks are visible around the kingpin area. Failure of these seals allows dirt and moisture into the bearings, causing accelerated wear and potential steering play. Installing this OEM-standard kit ensures reliable operation, extended component life, and safe, precise steering.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
