This bump stop fits Bukhanka Classic (2.4L & 2.9L) and Hunter & 469 (2.4L & 2.9L) models and restores proper suspension compression control on rough roads. It replaces the factory “compression buffer” that prevents metal-to-metal contact when the leaf springs bottom out, protecting the chassis and improving ride comfort.

Why choose this bump stop?
It’s an OE-style part designed for the classic UAZ leaf-spring suspension. The geometry matches the factory stop, so it seats correctly in the clamp/bracket and engages the spring pack at the right point in its travel. Durable elastomer construction resists tearing and collapse, keeping the axle quiet under load and extending spring and shackle life.

Installation tips:
Support the axle, remove the existing clamp/fasteners, and install the new buffer into the original bracket. Tighten hardware evenly and recheck after a short drive. Avoid over-compressing the rubber during tightening; final torque should secure the bracket without deforming the buffer.

When to replace / Why upgrade
Replace if the buffer is cracked, missing chunks, or permanently squashed, or if you hear harsh “bangs” on full compression. A fresh bump stop restores progressive end-of-travel cushioning, protects the frame and spring pack, and reduces noise on- and off-road.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs

Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.

Duties, VAT & Customs

EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.

Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:

  • Fully trackable
  • Insured against loss or damage
  • Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation

Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.

Delivery Issues & Returns

UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages returned to sender
  • Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
  • Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.

Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:

  • Report the issue to the courier immediately
  • Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
  • Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours

Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
