This silicone valve cover gasket kit fits Bukhanka Modern (2.7L), Hunter & 469 (2.7L), Patriot, and Profi models equipped with the ZMZ-409 Euro-4 engine family. Supplied under Rosteco reference 20551, it includes the full valve cover gasket along with four spark plug well seals, providing a complete solution for restoring an oil-tight seal around the top of the engine.

Unlike conventional rubber gaskets, this high-temperature silicone set offers excellent resistance to heat, oil, and aging. The inclusion of integrated spark plug well seals prevents oil leaks into the ignition system, ensuring cleaner operation and easier maintenance. Installation tips:
Work only on a fully cooled engine. Remove the valve cover and clean all mating surfaces thoroughly, removing old gasket residue and oil film. Position the new silicone gasket in place and install the spark plug tube seals securely. Refit the valve cover and torque bolts in a crisscross pattern to manufacturer specifications, avoiding overtightening. After reassembly, start the engine and check for leaks around the cover edges and plug tubes.
When to replace?
Replace whenever the valve cover is removed, or if oil seepage is detected around spark plug wells or gasket edges. Recommended service life is 50,000–100,000 km, with earlier replacement if leaks, hardened seals, or visible cracks are observed.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
