Every major component has been inspected, renewed, or replaced, ensuring the engine runs as well as when it left the factory.
Why choose this rebuilt 2.4L carburetor engine?
The rebuild includes new main and connecting rod bearings, axial clearance bearings, and piston rings for optimal lubrication and reduced friction. The cylinder head has been fully machined and reground to restore sealing and compression. A complete gasket set with silicone seals on the valve cover and oil pan ensures leak-free operation. The ignition system features a new hall sensor, ignition cables, and spark plugs for dependable starting and efficient combustion. Other critical parts replaced include the oil pump, starter, carburetor, thermostat, water pump, camshaft gear, and oil valve. The flywheel is reground and fitted with new teeth for smooth clutch engagement. Additional replacements include silicone water hoses and clamps, air filter, oil filter, oil, numerous fasteners, and the oil sensor—ensuring this engine is ready for years of service.

Order Processing Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
