This engine gasket set meets OEM specification RG417-3906022-421 and fits UAZ 451 engines in the Bukhanka Classic with 2.4 L carburetor. It contains head, oil pan, valve cover, intake, exhaust, front cover, pushrod tube, water pump, distributor, thermostat and fuel pump gaskets. Ideal for full engine rebuilds to prevent oil or coolant leaks. Also suitable for the 451 motor from the UMZ-417/421 engine family.

Installation tips:
Thoroughly clean all mating surfaces, removing any old gasket residue. Begin with the head gasket, then proceed in proper sequence for manifolds, covers, and accessory gaskets. Tighten bolts evenly in the specified torque sequence. Apply sealant where factory manuals specify. After assembly, refill oil and coolant and run the engine while checking for leaks.
When to replace or upgrade?
Recommended during complete engine overhauls, cylinder head removal, or major service at ~150,000 km. Replace if oil or coolant leaks appear at gasket joints or after mechanical failures. Installing fresh gaskets during rebuilds ensures reliable sealing and prevents costly damage.

Order Processing Times

- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
