This set of crankshaft bearing shells is designed for UAZ Bukhanka Classic and Hunter & 469 models with 2.4 L and 2.9 L carburetor engines. Produced under OEM reference 24-1000102-1,00, the set provides oversized (+1.00 mm) shells intended for use after crankshaft regrinding. They restore correct lubrication clearance and secure crankshaft alignment during full engine rebuilds, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of ZMZ-402–based powertrains.

Installation tips:
Before installation, crankshaft journals must be ground precisely to the matching undersize dimension. Clean bearing housings thoroughly and verify clearances using plastigauge or micrometer. Apply engine assembly lube to all surfaces before torquing main caps to specification. Always replace thrust bearings during a rebuild for full reliability.
When to replace?
Use these bearings whenever crank journals are re-machined, or when existing shells show wear, scoring, or discoloration from overheating. Replacing them during an overhaul restores correct clearances, stabilizes oil pressure, and prolongs engine life.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
