This set of crankshaft main bearing shells fits UAZ Bukhanka Classic (2.4 L & 2.9 L Carburetor) and Hunter & 469 (2.4 L & 2.9 L Carburetor) engines, including ZMZ-402 and UMZ-421 series. They are manufactured to the +0.25 mm oversize repair standard, designed to be installed after crankshaft journals have been reground. With OEM reference 24-1000102-0,25, these bearings restore correct oil clearance and provide smooth crankshaft operation during full engine overhauls.

This part fits all classic UAZ vehicles with 2.4 L and 2.9 L carburetor engines.
Installation tips:
Only use these shells after crankshaft journals are reground to +0.25 mm. Clean all bearing bores and caps thoroughly before installation. Measure clearance with plastigauge or micrometer after tightening caps to spec. Apply assembly lubricant to prevent dry start and rotate the crankshaft evenly after torquing. For best results, also replace thrust washers and connecting rod bearings during the rebuild.
When to replace?
Replace crankshaft bearings when journals show wear, oil pressure drops, or metallic noise develops in the engine. These oversized shells restore correct oil film thickness, ensuring proper lubrication and preventing premature wear. Essential during major overhauls to secure long-term engine reliability.

Order Processing Times

- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
