This carburetor spacer fits Bukhanka (Classic 2.4L & 2.9L) and Hunter & 469 (2.4L & 2.9L) models equipped with the K126 series carburetor. It is designed to improve heat isolation between the intake manifold and carburetor body to help reduce vapor lock and stabilize idle quality on classic UAZ petrol engines.
Why choose this carburetor spacer?
A heat-insulating spacer helps limit heat transfer into the carburetor, keeping the fuel mixture cooler for more consistent running—especially in slow traffic or hot climates. It also provides a precise mating surface that can correct minor warpage at the carburetor base, helping to eliminate vacuum leaks and rough idle.

Installation tips:
Clean both mating surfaces thoroughly and install new gaskets above and below the spacer. Tighten the nuts evenly in a criss-cross pattern and recheck after warm-up. Verify throttle linkage and choke clearance after installation, and check for vacuum leaks with spray or a smoke test.
When to replace / Why upgrade
Replace a spacer that is cracked, warped, fuel-soaked, or causing vacuum leaks. Upgrading to a fresh heat-insulating spacer can reduce hot-start issues and fuel percolation, improving drivability and reliability on classic UAZ engines.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
