This fuel pump repair kit fits all Bukhanka Classic models with 2.4 L and 2.9 L carburetor engines, matching OEM reference 24-1106980. Designed to restore the original mechanical fuel pump, it includes all the internal wear components needed to bring fuel delivery back to factory performance.

Instead of replacing the entire pump, this OEM-spec kit lets you rebuild and retain your original housing, keeping fitment exact and costs low. The included diaphragm, valves, gaskets, springs, and seals are precision-made for the classic UAZ mechanical pump. Once installed, it restores proper suction, prevents fuel leaks, and ensures consistent delivery to the carburetor under both idle and load conditions.

Installation tips:
Clean the pump housing before disassembly. Remove old diaphragm and valves carefully. Clean mating surfaces thoroughly to prevent sealing issues. Install the new components in the correct orientation and torque the cover evenly. Test for proper suction before reinstalling on the vehicle.
When to replace or upgrade?
Use this kit if your pump delivers weak or uneven fuel flow, leaks at the body seal, or causes engine stalling at higher loads. Recommended every 80,000 km or during engine restoration to maintain reliable carburetor performance.

Order Processing Times

Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
