This polyurethane leaf spring pad set fits Bukhanka Classic (2.4L & 2.9L), Bukhanka Modern (2.7L), and Hunter & 469 models. Carrying OEM reference 4257903, these pads replace the original rubber insulators positioned between the leaf springs and axle brackets. They provide a longer-lasting, more resilient solution, particularly for vehicles exposed to heavy-duty use and off-road environments.

Unlike rubber, polyurethane resists cracking, deformation, and premature wear. These pads maintain proper spring alignment, reduce vibration and squeaks, and prevent direct metal-to-metal contact within the suspension. Installation tips:
Lift and support the vehicle securely. Remove worn rubber pads and clean the axle bracket and spring seat. Position the polyurethane pads correctly before reassembly. Due to increased stiffness compared to rubber, ensure precise alignment to avoid binding. After installation, perform a road test and recheck seating and clearances.

When to replace or upgrade?
Replace when rubber pads show cracks, loss of shape, or excessive vibration. Duties, VAT & Customs

EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.

Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:

  • Insured against loss or damage
  • Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation

Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.

Delivery Issues & Returns

UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages returned to sender
  • Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
  • Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.

Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:

  • Report the issue to the courier immediately
  • Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
  • Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours

Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
