This polyurethane shock absorber bushing is designed for the front suspension of UAZ Bukhanka Classic (2.4L & 2.9L), Bukhanka Modern (2.7L), and Hunter & 469 (2.4L, 2.7L & 2.9L) models with leaf spring suspension. Supplied per piece, it replaces the original rubber cone-style insert used at the shock absorber eye, matching OEM reference 65020682856-poly. Stronger and more durable than factory rubber, it ensures long-lasting suspension stability under both road and off-road conditions.
Why choose this polyurethane bushing?
Polyurethane bushings are a significant upgrade over traditional rubber. They resist wear, oil, and moisture, maintaining their shape and stiffness over extended use. This improves suspension geometry, reduces unwanted play, and eliminates common squeaks or rattles caused by worn bushings. Ideal for vehicles used in demanding terrain, these PU inserts increase control and ride quality while extending service life.

Installation tips:
Support the vehicle securely before removing the shock absorber. Clean the shock eye and leaf spring mount thoroughly. Press or tap the new polyurethane bushing into place, applying a light coat of grease to ease fitting and prevent squeaks. Reinstall the shock and torque bolts to factory specification. After installation, check for proper alignment and free movement.
When to replace or upgrade?
Replace your shock bushings if you hear clunking noises, notice excessive suspension play, or see visible cracks or deformation in the rubber. Polyurethane bushings typically outlast rubber, making them the preferred choice for heavy-duty or off-road applications. They can extend service intervals well beyond the usual 40,000–80,000 km replacement cycle.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
