This aluminum radiator fits UAZ Bukhanka (Classic 2.4L & 2.9L, Modern 2.7L) as well as Hunter & 469 models. Using OEM reference 3741-1301010-aluminium, it is designed as a direct-fit replacement to provide efficient cooling, improved thermal stability, and reduced weight compared to older copper-core radiators. Suitable for carburetor and injection engines alike, it ensures dependable performance in both everyday and demanding driving conditions.

Unlike traditional copper-core designs, this radiator is built with brazed aluminum construction, offering higher corrosion resistance and longer lifespan. The tube-fin design supports consistent heat transfer, preventing overheating under heavy load or extreme weather. Its reduced weight contributes to improved overall efficiency while still delivering OEM-standard durability and fitment.

Installation tips:
Drain the cooling system completely before removing the old radiator. Disconnect hoses, mounting brackets, and fan shroud carefully. Install the new radiator by aligning it to the factory mounting points and tightening all bolts to UAZ specification. Always replace old hoses and clamps for best results. Refill with the correct coolant mix, bleed air from the system, and test for leaks under warm-up conditions.
When to replace or upgrade?
Upgrade to this aluminum radiator if your vehicle suffers from repeated overheating, coolant leaks, or corrosion in the original copper radiator. The aluminum design improves cooling efficiency, resists long-term corrosion, and offers a weight reduction, making it especially valuable in hot climates or for vehicles frequently used under load.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
