It includes both the upper and lower hinges required for restoring proper side door movement, alignment, and durability. Made to UAZ factory specification, this set ensures smooth operation and reliable closure of your Bukhanka’s side door.

Manufactured in strong pressed steel and factory-treated for corrosion resistance, these hinges restore the original fit and strength of the Bukhanka’s side door assembly. Installation tips:
Always support the door with a jack or assistant before removing old hinges. Unbolt the existing hinges using standard hand tools and clean the mounting points thoroughly. Apply anti-seize to bolts and torque evenly to avoid misalignment. After installation, check that the door opens, closes, and latches smoothly before final tightening.
When to replace?
Replace if the door sags, rattles, or binds during movement, or if hinge play has developed. Rust, deformation, or stiff action are also signs of failure. After decades of service or exposure to harsh climates, replacing the hinge set is often the only way to restore reliable and safe side door function.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will notify you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Total weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
Large, heavy or oversized items (e.g. bumpers, roof racks) may incur surcharges. For bulk shipments or pallets, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Duties, VAT & Customs
EU Customers: No customs or import fees apply. All shipments are sent from the Netherlands.
Non-EU Customers (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): Import duties, VAT, and local handling charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, which is outside our responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. All shipments are:
- Fully trackable
- Insured against loss or damage
- Delivered with signature or collection point confirmation
Please track your shipment proactively. Missed deliveries may require collection from a local pickup point.
Delivery Issues & Returns
UAZPARTS.COM is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
- Customs clearance delays (for non-EU destinations)
- Force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Unclaimed or refused shipments may be refunded minus shipping and return costs.
Damaged Shipments
Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If damaged:
- Report the issue to the courier immediately
- Take clear photos of the outer box, label, and item
- Contact us at info@uaz-specials.com within 48 hours
Damage claims submitted later than 48 hours may be denied by the carrier and are outside our liability.
